About the Founder
Impact Events Collective was founded by Jenny Catalano — a seasoned business leader, event strategist, and culture builder with deep experience in conference management, operations, finance and community engagement.
After creating a charitable service arm within a national organization and launching purpose-driven experiences that combined team building with measurable community impact, Jenny founded Impact Events Collective to bring this model to organizations everywhere.
This business was built from real-world execution — not theory.
