A Business Leader With A Heart For Impact
After more than 15 years in senior executive leadership roles spanning operations, finance, and organizational strategy, I had the privilege of helping companies grow, navigate change, and build high-performing teams. Through these experiences, one truth became abundantly clear: a company’s greatest asset is its people. When employees feel supported, heard, and guided on a path to growth, organizations thrive. When that culture is lacking, the consequences are significant—high turnover, disengagement, and lost momentum that impact not only financial performance but also the heart of the organization.
Alongside my leadership roles, I was deeply involved in designing and executing conferences and corporate gatherings, where I witnessed how transformative shared experiences can be in building connection and a true sense of belonging. These moments had the power to energize teams, strengthen relationships, and reinforce the culture organizations strive to create.
At the same time, I held a strong belief that organizations have a responsibility to support the communities they serve. I wanted to create something that was not only a sustainable business, but one that would give back in a meaningful and lasting way. This conviction led me to envision a model where companies could strengthen their internal culture while simultaneously making a tangible difference beyond their walls—bringing purpose and pride into the way people gather.
From this intersection of experience and purpose, Impact Events Collective was born. IEC helps organizations integrate hands-on, purpose-driven experiences into conferences, leadership gatherings, and team events.
Whether for corporations or membership-based associations, these experiences go beyond the event itself—enhancing morale, deepening connections, and creating meaningful moments that participants will carry with them long after they return to their daily work. At the same time, they leave a lasting impact by supporting the communities that need it most, embodying the true power of gathering with purpose.
